KADAYAWAN 2010
Kadayawan" is derived from the Mandaya word "madayaw"
The term "Kadayawan" is derived from the Mandaya word “madayaw”, a warm and friendly greeting used to explain a thing that is valuable, superior, beautiful, good, or profitable. The celebration is full many events in the city.Its a party everywhere, especially during night time. Malls are having midnight sales and there are many concert spots in the city specially in the downtown. On 20th day of August I spent my "Kadayawan" together with my friends or classmates.We went to the Gaisano Mall of Davao to watch some celebrities show and have a dinner. I have shown Maja Salvador at that time. After dinner, we went to Damosa to watch the POP fiesta concert together with Parokya ni Edgar and other guests.
It was an enjoyable night, we really had fun.
On the next day it is another "trip" at this time I am with my GF. We went to Peoples park to watch some shows and have a dinner. After we went to Rizal Park to watch the performanced of the callalily and jam with them. It was a very happy and enjoy celebration.

November 16, 2010. Its a holiday [just chillin]
Malacañang has declared November 16, 2010, a non-working holiday.
It was made through Proclamation Number 60, signed by President Noynoy Aquino in celebration of the Islamic religious holiday Eid’l Adha. Republic Act 9849 stipulates that Eid’l Adha shall be observed as a national holiday in the Philippines. No class and just chilling here at the house. KAIN, TULOG, INTERNET. ho3.

What type of company I wish to set up? hmmm.
As a student I am now struggling hard for my studies just to finish my course and have a better future someday. But after this course I really don’t know what am I to be and what my future is. As a product of an imagination and a plan for a better life, I plan to set up a company, but what type of company? Or what is the nature of my business?
We all know that business is a wide arena for competition especially when there many industries that promoting the same concept or type as your company rising. Therefore I would have the ability to have a never ending in search and sense of urgency to do something about the type of company I wish to rise. It is sometimes hard to stay on this stage but as a person who never stops believing our energy to do so must be maintained.
Well as an IT student I plan to set a company that deals with my field of interest and can enhance more my skills and in other way can help my jobless countrymen, other people and especially my country. I want to be a technopreneur someday and have my own company that helps other people to build their own dreams and goals in life. I want to engage myself in the world of technology; I should look into the latest trend. In the fact that our technology as a fast track, releasing a new version or products everyday. I must aware of this improved and high technology today because as a venture capitalist of the near future it is important to know what the latest trends in the technology industry or world market.
I want to set up a business like IT Park or a Techno hub that can enhance the knowledge and skill of IT or CS graduates and also any other related courses. The purpose of this IT Park or Techno hub is to showcase the skills of any person that deals in the field of technology and have globally competitive employees in the Philippines. I want to promote a business and set a company that can help our country and to be known in the world of technology promoting these world class employees. The nature of the business I want to deal with focuses on the technology like data communication, networking or technological fieldor e-commerce business not only here in the Philippine based but it can be international.
There is no harm or bad in wishing that kind of company I want to set up with. I believe that someday I can achieve my goals and pursue all of my dreams and wishes in life especially in the field of technopreurship and one of the best technopreneur. But before all of those plans
I need to pursue first my study and got a good performance to become a more productive IT student that can help our country to progress in any way especially in economic crisis.
I need to be more focus on what business I am going to indulge myself. I must be strong enough to face the challenges that I may encounter in the world of technoprenuership. I need to think about my own business and make more innovation to upgrade my business and my services. I must see business as the milestone for me so that I can reach the peak of my career and will help my family, friends and colleagues. I must accept failure as a new learning for me so that I can avoid those mistakes in case that I will encounter it. I will control and balance my problems as well, whether in my family or employers.
Nowadays, we are very aware that there are many unemployed Filipino graduates because we just have limited company that can hired those jobless people. Therefore we need more employers that can help these problems minimize and to prevent our co-Filipino to go abroad and leave our country and I want to become one of those employer contributing to my country and help my fellowmen. This is also one of the many reasons why I want to set a company thatcan help our jobless countrymen by means of technology business and to be known in the field of technopreneurship.
